Gestión y Desarrollo Empresarial, s.c.p., (Gesdem) was borned around the middle of 2002, as an    initiative of a group of Business Directors with a clear mission:                To help enterprises to obtain a noteworthy status on the market, in an environmental    sostainable development.          On that context, our colaborations includes since the advice and a correction or improvement of a    specific situation, to the introduction of cultural change and a new direction methodology, which allow to    manage the Enterprise in an EFQM Model of Excellence. All is thought to achieve the objective of generate    an added value.          Founder Members of Gesdem, think that it could only be possible since the knowlegde and the    experience, without there is no possible to have the synthesis capability, neither the strategic sensitivity to    give an advice, an opinion, or to design and implant an organitational model or a management system.           To be able to develop our target as an company, we count on a professional team and partners,with a    large experience on the management businesses as executive directors in differents environments and    areas. Our middle age is upper to 40 years old.
